Gary Kasparov

Gary treats his clients like they're part of his own family. Gary has a true passion for real estate and believes there is no better place in the world to be in this exciting field than New York City. Gary’s life philosophy has always been to put other people’s interests and desires ahead of his own, and he strongly believes that if you’re passionate about what you do, honest with people and have sincere intention to help them reach their goals, success will imminently follow. This approach has served him well in his prior career in Management Consulting and Financial Services, and he carried it over to the role of a Real Estate Professional at Douglas Elliman. Gary is known for his ability to navigate through challenging deals that require dedication, persistency and creative thinking.

Prior to transitioning to real estate and joining Douglas Elliman, Gary graduated from Southern Methodist University, a prestigious private college in Dallas, and then spent over a decade working for industry-leading management consulting and financial services firms including McKinsey & Co., Accenture and Bank of America Corporation. During that time, he gained a tremendous amount of valuable experience, including performing analytical and advisory work, working with executives, building trust-based relationships, and helping his portfolio of clients meet and exceed their goals. Gary looks forward to continually leveraging these skills to negotiate exceptional deals while ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for his clients.

While Gary treats work as his top priority, he also enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading self-developmental books as well as dedicating time to spiritual development. He also never misses an opportunity to watch and attend mixed martial arts tournaments. Gary looks forward to meeting and exceeding clients’ expectations as he builds a successful career in real estate.
